Auction Guarantee
Vehicles sold for $500.00 or more have a transmission guarantee. Transmissions are guaranteed for slipping and shifting only. Auction also guarantees that the 4 wheel drive engages. Clutches are not included. All final decisions will be determined by auction management. This guarantee is valid for 30 minutes.
Success! You won the bid!
Congratulations! You have committed yourself to buying that vehicle. After bidding successfully, you must go to the auction block immediately and register for that vehicle. Show the clerk your purchase number and leave a $300.00 cash deposit. The cash deposit is nonrefundable and not transferable.
You have until 7:30 pm Monday to finalize the purchase. If you do not pay in full by that time, you forfeit your deposit and the car. In order for us to properly cash out your deal, we need the following information:
· Current valid proof of insurance in the buyer's name.
· Driver's license or Michigan ID.
· Cash, certified check or money order (made out to Richmond Auto Auction).

To calculate your total, use this simple format:
Bid Amount (sale price you won the car for) Processing Fee $80.00
Sales Tax 6%
Title Fee $15.00
Buy Fee See below
Plate Fee Inquire in office
Transfer Fee $8.00 (if transferring)
Subtract your $300.00 deposit and you have the total amount you need to be able to drive your new vehicle off the lot.
You have the option to buy plates; if you decide to buy a plate from us we will issue you a 15 day temporary plate for $1.00 in addition to the plate fee. This is the only time we can issue temporary plates.
If you wish to transfer a plate we will need the current registration in the buyers name. The plate must still be a valid plate. We cannot transfer expired plates.
If taking the car title only you will have to wait until that Friday before plating the vehicle yourself.
The auction is not responsible for the vehicles that are auctioned. If, for any reason, you have remarks, questions, or complaints about your vehicle, please contact the seller indicated on the bill of sale!
